Jim is a commercially focused ecommerce, technology, trading, CRM, marketing, operations and management expert with over 15 years of client-side digital leadership experience.

Jim has been working as a consultant since 2020, with much of that work in association with Entropy Consulting, a hybrid business consultancy and agency specialising in measurement, marketing and commerce.

This means that Clear Digital approaches consultancy and fractional management with strong client-focused eyes. We have been there in the trenches and know the reality of mixing longer term ecommerce projects with day-to-day trading realities, so can seamlessly fill in any gaps in resource and experience as needed.
